The Ducktrap Retreat property was designed specifically to hold corporate meetings and events. No other available property in Midcoast Maine can support the need for privacy and accommodations in a meeting that the Ducktrap Retreat offers.

The anchor of the property is the "Point Lookout Lodge" which is a large building with a large room at its core where a beautiful stone fireplace is the focal point. From this room meetings can occur in any format. Whether through a large circular table or through several other setting opportunities.

A caterer's kitchen, bathrooms, and entry way complete the inside of the building. Seven hotel-style rooms with Queen or King sized beds surround the lodge, and a large deck leads off the end covered in a customized tent.

The covered tent extends out over a large deck and blends in with the lodge. Underneath the tent is a great spot for setting up chairs and tables or is another great space for meetings, conferences or entertaining.

A 9-hole golf course is available just a short drive to the north in the town of Northport.

The best thing about having a corporate retreat in such a beautiful spot as Ducktrap is that you can have many of your business associates stay on the property with you. They can enjoy all the amenities of the proeprty including access to Ducktrap Harbor Beach, swimming at Ducktrap across the road, walking down to the Ducktrap River to fish from the property, playing tennis or basketball in the onsite courts, and sleeping in the several cabins and hotel rooms on the property. Great restaurants in Lincolnville Beach are a mile away including the world-famous Lobster Pound Restaurant, which is a great spot for a welcome or wrap-up dinner.
