Availability & Rates at the Retreat

Generally, we like to host one event a day at the retreat, however, there may be Saturdays where we host a mid-day and an evening event. Don't hesitate to contact us about availability and pricing. We will rent the rooms or cabins separately if there is no event, so don't hesitate to just come up and stay on the property even if there isn't an event for you to attend. Ultimately, we are very interested in offering packages that include use of the Lodge as well as cabins and hotel rooms. Please call us to discuss special package pricing.

2008 Rates:

Lodge at Ducktrap Retreat for Events: $3500-$7500
Includes restrooms, tent, holding kitchen, one guest room, tables, and chairs ($6000 value!). More people may be accommodated with the addition of other outside tents, tables, etc. Your caterer or event planner may arrange this for you.

Wedding Packages at Ducktrap Retreat: Because we don't include it, we're currently pricing an all inclusive wedding package at Ducktrap Retreat that includes catering, photography, wedding planning assistance, linens, china, tableware, and a limousine. Please check back after January 30th, 2008 for package pricing.

Corporate Retreats and business related use of the Conference Center: $900 -$1500 per day

Hotel Rooms at Ducktrap Retreat : $100-$200
Based upon 2 person occupancy

Cottages at Ducktrap Retreat : $350-$500
Based upon 4 person occupancy
